Today he is there all the time

Now it’s machines that can entangle

 

Before a glitch was a human error

Now it’s a meltdown on a computer

The post was as slow as a snail

Now you click and send an email

 

The dishes were washed in the sink

Now they are done before you can blink

Drinking water came from a tap

Now it is a bottle with a cap

 

Some things never alter

You are always a loving mother
